I started to draw when I was a child and I never stopped! Today I’m an illustrator and I had the pleasure of collaborating with many important brands such as Jeep, Puma, Warner Bros, Kinder, Disney, Sony and many more. My illustrations were published in international magazines and newspapers such as Wired UK, L’Espresso, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Corriere della Sera. Over the past few years, I have participated in exihibitions and events all over the world but I have never moved from Vicenza- my city! I was selected by the Society of Illustrators of New York and nominated for Boscarato Prize at Treviso Comic Book Festival, but the most important prize for me is being able to do the job I have always dreamt of! I’m the Art Director of Illustri Festival, I teach in the Istituto Europeo di Design of Turin and in Comics International School of Padua. When I’m free I walk with my dog.
Rome is like an old song: every time you listen to it, a shiver runs down your spine. Rome is a city I love! Rome is a city I hate! It’s like that old perfume your mother wore that gave you a headache but whenever you smell it in the air you can’t escape the nostalgia. I hate the beauty of Rome and I love its contradictions! Trying to express part of the beauty of Rome in a drawing is a challenge I had to take, that’s why I decided to take part in RomaID!
