The current Terms and Conditions are applicable to Roma.it. Furthermore, they are applicable to the processing of information, documents, graphics, videos, characteristics, music and any other service connected to this Web Site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ONLINE PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS WEBSITE

The current general conditions applied to
- orders placed for products available on the www.romaid.it website (the “Web Site”) by consumers in Europe
- the use of any information, document, graphic element, video, characteristic, music or any other service available on the Web Site.
ORDERS/PURCHASES ON THE WEBSITE
CONDITIONS FOR ORDERS/PURCHASES
To place an order on the Web Site you must:
- be of the minimum age required by the law and, at least, not being under 16 years old
- be a costumer, not a reseller
ORDER PROCESS
To place an order you must have an email address and it may be necessary setting your browser to accept cookies (functionals) and pop-ups, so that you could have access to every feature of the website, including the creation of personalized products, adding purchased products in the cart and finalizing the purchase.
Placing an order on the Web Site is easy and fast:
- Choose the product you want to purchase
- Add the product to the cart
- Go to Checkout;
- Select the place of delivery and the payment method
- Order verification
- Order placement
- Online order confirmation
The order becomes binding once you click on the “Buy Now” button at the end of the purchasing procedure. Clicking on the “Buy Now” button the user places the order thus committing to pay the amount indicated on the checkout screen. Upon receipt of the order an order confirmation will automatically appear on the Web Site; confirmation contains order number and a summary of the products purchased. The purchase contract is then concluded. A copy of the automatic order confirmation, as well as of any other following change in the order, made by the costumer and confirmed by our Company, will be sent via e-mail. It is recommended to print or download this copy for any future reference.
COMPANY’S RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS OR CANCEL PURCHASES
Fulfillment of every order placed through the Web Site is subject to the availability of the items. - There are grounds to believe that the user is a reseller
- If an error has occurred concerning the stated price
- In case of impossibility to make the delivery to the provided address
- In case of faulty texts, price list or any other mistake or inaccuracy regarding information on the Web Site.
DATA CHECK
Our Company can carry out some checks before fulfilling the placed orders. These verifications include checking the address, creditworthiness and any fraudulent activity. PRICES/PAYMENTS

Currently the available payment methods are Paypal and Stripe.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
In case of payments by credit or debit card, the amount will be charged at the time of the purchase. The ownership of the product remains of our Company until the receipt of the entire agreed purchase price.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All products prices on the Web Site include VAT. Shipping costs apply based on the order. Shipping costs, currently only for ITALY, will, in the future, depend on the destination country.
Prices are all in Euro.
TOTAL PRICE
The total price shown in the check out screen includes taxes, fees and shipping costs. Said price is provided on the order confirmation which we recommend you to print or download for any future reference. In case of payment by credit card the total order amount will appear in your card statement in local currency.
In the event your local currency is different from the currency the prices are quoted in, your bank will apply the exchange rate applicable per the date of purchase. The bank’s decision to apply a different exchange rate is outside the control of our Company.
PRICE VARIATIONS
The prices for the products are the new shown on the Web Site. Prices can change over time, however these changes do not affect orders already confirmed in an order confirmation.

STAGGERED DELIVERIES
When possible, our Company will Ove possibile la nostra Società will ship all articles in one solution. For this reason, delivery dates may change depending on the stock availability of some products. Our company reserves the right of splitting an order, for example if any of the items in the order are not available or if production is delayed. In case of staggered deliveries our Company will inform the user via e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time the order was placed. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
VERIFICATION AT THE DELIVERY
On receipt of the ordered products, it is advisable to check the packaging carefully. In case of any damaged products please do not accept the delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer as indicated on the order summary before the payment.
FREE SHIPPING
If the total purchase price is higher than € 50,00 (fifty/00 euros) the buyer will automatically be entitled to free shipping.
